Return Policy:

You may return any qualifying item purchased online by contacting our Customer Service Department and speak to one of our representatives.  We will work with you to find the best solution for your situation:  return for credit or return for exchange or replacement.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds:

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • You do not want the product you have received.
  • All returning items must be unused in order to be qualified for a refund.

*You can submit return requests within 30 days after the item(s) is delivered. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

*For the orders that we offered with a free shipping, the customer will be charged for the original order standard shipping fee and is also responsible for the return shipping charges.

*Please note that accepting a return request depends on the type of the item, the brand, and the manufacturers terms and conditions, we reserve the right to not to accept returns that don’t meet the requirements.
